My iPhone 4 has stopped working. Won't turn on. I have plugged it in. Still nothing

My iphone has suddenly stopped working (will not turn on). What should I do?

Keep plugged in with Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to start.
