Can graphics cards be upgraded?

Is it possible to upgrade graphics cards on Macbook 2013 models after the laptop has already been purchased? What about for Mac desktops? Thanks!

No for Mac's, except the MacPro which is a tower, not a desktop. 😉

I believe ds is right about that; I was thinking about towers (which are graphics card upgradable), and not Minis and iMacs, which are not graphics card upgradable. Sorry about the mixup.
