itunes Will not launch?

I've tried everything in this doc, http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1421 and I still cannot get iTunes to launch on a Win7 64bit box. Quicktime is up to date, iCloud Control panel installed but nothing. Cannot start in safe mode and I do see it blink on the Task Manager for a split second. Fresh install too.
