I seem to have to update/change my password everytime I use the app store or I tunes. I changed it this afternoon and tonight it says its wrong. Am I the only one with this problem?

I seem to have trouble with my passwords for iCloud, iTunes,App store, iPhone5, iPad2,etc. I am always being told they are wrong, I'm running out of ideas for passwords I can remember. Any ideas?

iPad 2, Mac OS X (10.6.8), I phone 5, IMac OSX 10.8.3
