why almost all the videos can not be played on iTunes U Preview?

Following is the Format info from QuickTime Inspector

I set the format : Mpeg-4 H.264, AAC, Stereo(L R), 48kHz, 30 FPS and 1.6 mbits/sec

I'm not sure where I'm wrong. When I preview in iTunes U, the video can't be played. It is a black screen.
