Since installing now I have shocking 3g signal which is intermittent. I previously had very good signal. Can I revert to my old iOS - I hadn't updated from iOS 4? Help please?

You can't downgrade from 6.1.3
Try resetting your network connections.
have done that and a complete restore. Still 1 bar when i previous had full signal - this is not limited to my current location is happens everywhere - sometimes signal strength is ok but in places where i used to have full strength it is rarely above 2/3 bars. I am aware I can't downgrade and extremely annoyed about this.
When I put sim in my old iphone which has not been upgraded to the new iOS it works fine with full strength. Extremely hacked off with this now.
Perhaps the antenna in your phone is bad. If the phone is covered under warranty I would get it serviced.
