Battery draining problem and unable to restore

Hello,

From past 10 days my iPhone 4s gets turned off now and then, even though there it is charged(around 20-30%,somtimes even at 60%).While playing songs or while on call it gets turned off without any reason.

Also battery is draining like anything-Within one hour it get discharge from 100% to 30%(All apps are closed and only Whatsapp is running in background).

Kindly help me out with this.

One of the solution i thought to restore iOS but i'm not able to do it. It is showing me error number 3194
