problem connecting to itunes using remote app

When I connect to my Macbook Pro using the remote app on my iphone 4S, it always says that the passcode is wrong and will not let me connect,

Is there a way to sort this out?

MacBook Pro, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.3), using iphone 4s
