transfer files from record app on ipod touch to itunes

I have a 4th generation ipod touch. On it I added a record app to help me remember certain things and appointments.

How can I transfer certain recordings I have within the app to my itunes library? Need help, stoeage space is close to being full and I need to transfer these recordings.

It is likely that the app uses File Sharing. Then connect the iPod to your computer and go to the Apps pane for the iPod in iTunes and scroll down the screen till you get to the File Sharing section. Click on the app and then copy the files.

Otherwise you will have to look at the instructions for the your specific app.
