I want to create a simple jingle in GarageBand but I would like to actualy write the notes there, not only press the keys - like I'm doing it on staff paper writing music for both hands. Is it even possible to do in GarageBand? Or maybe there is a way to import the written music to GB?

You can do it easily enough in GarageBand '11 on a Mac - there you can import midi files or write notes directly into GarageBand's track editor, but not (yet) on the iPad, sorry.

I don't have Mac. 🙂 I have GarageBand on my iPad only.
GarageBand cannotcreate sheet music on the iPad; have a look for other apps. Perhaps this app can do what you want: The basic version is free:
