I up graded my Mac OS 10.5 to a new OS 10.6.8 in February 2013. From that date, my Scanner,whom is provide by my Printer (HP 4100 series all-in-one) is out of order. I tried to re-installed with the disc provided by HP, but all my efforts were useless.

From that date, my Scanner,whom is provide by my Printer (HP 4100 series all-in-one) is out of order. I tried to re-installed with the disc provided by HP, but all my efforts were useless.

The printer is OK. I can print but I cannot scanned.

Do you know where will be the problem?
