I have a user who appears to be synching without problem to iCloud, but is unsuccessful at also synching his contacts with a Zimbra server. Most of my other users are not having this issue, but they are only synching to Zimbra. Ordinarily I'd think his sync services need to be reset, but I'm reluctant to do this lest his successful iCloud synching get screwed up.  Would I, in fact, be making things worse if I did this?
