This isn't workings for me on my iPhone or ipad ! Help?
I have found this same solution on multiple sites but when I swipe over the product, nothing happens and there is no x anywhere.

The article is at this time incorrect. There is no way currently to hide or unhide content from an iOS device; I believe that stopped being possible with the iTunes Store changed when iOS 6 was released. Why Apple hasn't updated the article I don't know. You'll need to do the hiding from iTunes on a computer.
