Q: Cannot access Match on my computer, cannot find in store

I downloaded Match onto my computer when I bought it, but do not seem able to access it to turn it on or get the control panel. What's wrong? Where do I find step-by-step directions to access it? It doesn't work to go to store>match, there doesn't seem to be a reference to Match anywhere. It also doesn't appear on the toolbar.
