iCal doesn't support RDATE

My own testing and others have determined that Apple Calendar and related apps don't support RDATE from the iCal spec, which is how you specify additional days/times in a repeating event (ie: a meeting got moved.)

This is the only calendar client I've tried that does not provide this support.
