How to change iTunes Store From Cda to U.S. w/iTunes Match

I want to change the iTunes Country/Region to USA. I have tried with my Devices but it tells me I can't with iTunes Match on. If I turn off iTunes Match will my music be gone from my devices? If so does it restore when I change it back to Canada & turn on Match again.
