I pressed for an app to update. It said "installing" and has said so ever since. Why does it not complete?
I pressed for an app to be updated. The message came: installing. It failed to upload and said it had failed to do so but it continues to say it is installing. There is a constant reminder to instal the update but no way is indicated for me to start again or even give up.
