how to update my iphone 3gs version 4.2.1 (8C148a) with 05.13.04 baseband.
Also there is no update icon in 3gs like 4s phone. so please guide me.

Is the phone jailbroken? If so, then you have forfeited your chance at support here and from Apple, because that is what the 3194 error is.
