I can not connect my iPhone 4 with my MacBook Pro via bluetooth. Why?
MacBook Pro
Because it is not a supported Bluetooth protocol for the iPhone. The exception being connecting via Bluetooth for hotspot tethering.
I was also having trouble with this. this is what worked for me:
-make sure that bluetooth is on for both iphone and macbook
-make sure that both are discoverable
-On the macbook go to system preferences ->network->click on bluetooth pan-> make sure the device is your iphone-> click connect
This does not work!
