my itouch says it has 0 bytes of memory, even though i know i should have at least 2 or 3 gb left. i have shut down many times, charged, and have waited a few days. i gave also researched and saw that several people had a problem with the usage saying other with an unknown source, which i dont have. icant download anything, please help

Do some housekeeping:
Settings>General>Usage>Storage>Delete unwanted files/games/movies
i have already deleting most everything from music to videos to apps. it still says 0 bytes
Try syncing with iTune.
still doesnt give me any space. i literally have no apps and a few pics amd music. idk what is making it think i have no room left.
Connect to iTune and see how much space you have on the bottom of the Summary screen.
memory is still wrong.....
