My iPhone was stolen even before i had the time to register it under my profil. As i have an iPad, i was able to download the apps straight to the iPhone. How can I register the iPhone still. I have the documentation and the numers (EMEI and Model). Thank you!

And, what would be the point of registering this phone? Apple can't/won't help you & there is no way to report a stolen/lost Apple product to Apple.

Sorry, won't help you now. Find My Phone must be setup/activated & turned on BEFORE your phone was lost/stolen.
There is no way to locate it now.
