FCP7.3 Dropped in XDCAM EX HD Projects

Hi All,

I have a very big problem with FCP7.

I'm working on a XDcamEX(1080p) movie in FCP7.3 . compressor is XDCAM EX 1080p25(35 Mb/s VBR) and I use "Log and Transfer" option for Transcode into FCP. (by defalt it's not AppleProres)

but, the FCP Droped out when I start editing. what's the problem? I have 16GB DDR2 ram and ATI 5770 1GB Graphic card in macpro. i'm going Crazy!.

I khnow about FCP is 32bit engine. but I don't like FCPx. it's like iMovie!. I Think I have to switch to AvidSymphony!

please make an advice to me about this one.
