There is a website which allows you to vote once a day, turning airplane mode off then on allows you to change your ip and vote again.. A friend of mine said that he thinks your phone could get blocked or damaged for doing that too many times. Is this true ?
Would i face any concequences if i keep changing my IP ?
P.S. Im on contract with 3

If on 3G, by turning Airplane Mode On/Off, your carrier will automatically assign a new IP address(in most cases). And no, this won't harm your phone.
However, the site providing this vote might catch on & ban you.

Sorry for bothering you again but would my carrier or network provider "Three" take any actions if they see that my Ip has changed 30 times ?
No. As I said, this happens automatically. But, remember, as I also said, sometimes you don't get a new IP address, but most of the time you do.
