Q: Sign into ITunes

When I go to sign into I tunes with my password I get a box come up saying " we could not complete your iTunes store request . An unknown error occurred (-50 ) ". I'm not sure how to fix this, any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I have an update on my ITune question I posted earlier, I can log into ITunes on my pc, but not on my Imac, can anyone help with this problem, thanks.
I use to be able to get into ITunes before on the Imac, and as far as I know nothing has changed as far as settings go, so I don't understand why ITunes won't take my password now, but the pc will.
