I Need to Trace "me.com" email address

My 14 year old Daughter is being badly bullied at school.

A classmate has hacked her twitter account and posted highly unpleaseant and criminal data in her name. To do so they hijacked the Twitter account, and requested a change of password to a new "****.***@me.com" mail address. Then with the new password, have logged in and created havoc.

I have changed password (s) thrice, increased security settings and reported to Twitter/Police/School and NSPCC.

How do I trace WHO did this? How can I trace the Ip address/identtity of the "****.***@me.com" mail address?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place. I have spent a long time trying to find the right place!

You can't I'm afraid, the police can if they can get a Judge to issue a warrant.
