Doesn't hurt to try.

You have the minimum RAM requirements (4GB).

Your onboard intel HD 4000 is support since it has support for HD 3000 (2011 Macbook Air)

You might however, have issues with your processor since it requires at least a 2.2GHz. Then again, you never know.
