i backed up my old iPhone4 to the cloud but when I set up my replacement iPhone4, the music and photos did not transfer any ideas?

My iPhone 4 was not working properly so Verizon replaced it with another iPhone 4. I backed up to the Cloud before setting up the new iPhone. Everything transferred over except my music and photos. I have tried everything but can't seem to get these. My computer will not fascilitate the latest version of iTunes so I can't use my computer to get my music or backup my photos. Does anyone have any ideas of how I can get these? THANKYOU!

Music is not part of the backup at all. If you purchased it from the iTunes store, you can re-download it. If it came from another source, then you will have to re-sync it from your computer. If your computer will not run a version of iTunes compatible with iOS 6, then you may have to consider getting a newer computer.

As for the photos, the camera roll should be part of the backup. Photos in albums synced to the phone from a computer are not part of the backup.
