The rear camera of my iPhone is blurry

I recently dropped my Iphone 4 in water but I put it in rice and left it in sunlight over night and everything works great except for the rear camera. Everytime I try to take a picture it turns up super blurry and can not focus. The only way a picture will show up sharp is if I'm taking the picture up close. How would I fix this?
