Iphone 4S dropped now has white screen, replaced LCD and restored phone

Ok, so I have read alot of issues on here regarding this, unfortunately I havent fixed my phone still. Iphone 4S, no warranty, i dropped it on cement, cracked the screen and the screen went white. I replaced the LCD and made sre all ribbons were connected. Phone screen was still white. Restarted it 20or so times. tried holding the + volume,home,top button, still nothing! Just restored the phone through Itunes. Now the screen is a solid grey? Do I need a new motherboard possibly? What are my next steps?

I would have opted for an OOW replacement, since it seems your work has not worked.

Im sorry, not sure what an OOW replacement is? Can you direct me? Would there be anyway the new LCD screen is maybe broken already?

Out of Warranty. This is when the device is out of warranty and rather than purchase a new device you get the OOW at a reduced price. The iPhone 4S is $199USD.

You replaced the screen yourself. You are no longer eligible for an out of warranty replacement. Apple won't touch that phone now. You will have to find a competent repair shop or buy a new phone.

called apple, ordered a new iphone 4S for 199$. TOld them I tried to fix it myself, nothing was said, thanks!
