Why is there no app to auto reply to text while driving for iphone 5?

I don't text while driving which is illigle in my state not to mention unsafe. It drives me crazy when I hear a text come in and no I can't read it or answer. There are apps for androids that send auto replies why isn't there one for iphone? Is there one in the works?
