Q: Authorization code for a digital download doesn't work.

I just bought the BluRay disc Inception which includes a digital download option with authorization code.  When I go to Warner Brothers' web site it takes me to iTunes which rejects the authorization code.  What can I do?

Dang! I found that the offer expired in 2011 and it is 2013.  Dang!  How can I know about when any of these offers expire before buying the BluRay disc?
