warning: not owned by _postfix: /Library/Server/Mail/Data/mta/./guid_device_maps.plist

10.8.2 Server setup, with Server.app 2.2.1

When starting mail service, the reported error occurs, "warning: not owned by _postfix: /Library/Server/Mail/Data/mta/./guid_device_maps.plist"

and there is a file /Library/Server/Mail/Data/mta/guid_device_maps.plist

owned by root.

So I stop mail (via serveradmin),

execute
sudo chown _postfix /Library/Server/Mail/Data/mta/guid_device_maps.plist

and it takes (works).
But then I start the mail service again (via serveramin) and the error is listed again

Checking the file I *JUST* changed ownership own, and it's set back to root

Any idea WHAT script is firing when mail services start, that is incorrectly setting the ownership of said file ?
