Can't download graphics tools for Xcode

I just took a look at the developer downloads page and also got a blank list (along with other weirdness) - it seems to be working again after clearing the (Apple) cookies and the browser cache.

If you are using Safari, you can go to the Privacy tab in the Preferences, click the Details button for the Cookies and other website data, then select apple.com and click the Remove button to remove the cookies - note that you will need to reenter all of your information the next time you do something like log in to the discussions. There is an Empty Caches menu item in the Develop menu - that menu can be enabled from the Advanced tab of the Preferences.

I can see a list of packages, totally 108, in the page https://developer.apple.com/downloads. However, when I tried to search for 'Graphics Tools', 'Quartz', etc., nil was returned.

I'm using XCode 4.6.1 and seeking to install Quartz Debugger for verifying the High DPI support of the web application we're developing.

According to p.19 of the release note of XCode 4.6.1 (https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/documentation/developertools/Conceptual/ WhatsNewXcode/WhatsNewXcode.pdf) the Graphics Tools shall be availabe from developer.apple.com/downloads. Unfortunately, just can't find them after hours of searching.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I'm having the same trouble too.

I can see a list of packages (108) but the graphics tools isn't listed. Have tried clearing cache/cookies, tried multiple browsers, even tried two accounts (my personal and work accounts) but no joy.

I'm having the same issue as well. I don't see Graphic Tools listed on developer.apple.com/downloads. I see other items on the list but nothing mentioning Graphic Tools. A search turns up 0.

This is very frustrating, as I'd like to begin using QC.

I already have XCode installed. Do I have to install XCODE 3.2.1 to get QC? Is this the old version? Are people who are able to download XCODE 4.6 Graphic Tools - January 2013 getting a newer version of QC?

I already had XCode 4.6 and followed this method (installing XCode 3.2.1 Developer Tools). I now have both versions of XCode installed and Quartz Composer version 4.0. Wikipedia states that the latest stable version of Quartz Composer is 4.5 but I don't know what the differences are.

But, believe it or not, I saw the "Graphics Tools for XCode - January 2013" right this morning, from deverloper.apple.com. After downloading it, I've got Quartz Debugger as well as Quartz Composer.

Just now, I've uninstalled the XCode 3.2.1 Developer Tools since I've got what I wanted to get. Thanks to you all. Perhaps, all your responses may have made Apple to respond. Thanks.

I have still the same troubles. The Graphics Tools for Xcode is not on the list and the latest download is from October 2012.

Also have this issue. John Wu, I used the same search parameters that you used to find the downloads, but I am not recieving any results.
