Need Help Developing iOS App for Xenforo Forum

I need help developing a iOS App for my Xenforo forum. I downloaded XCode and have been watching YouTube videos on how to develop an app in webview. I already have a basic mobile theme on my site and my site's default forum theme is a responsive style. Basically I need help adding native iOS functions to my webview app that uses my site's main mobile theme. My developement station is a Macbook Pro 15 inch with 16GB RAM OSX 10.8.3 with XCode 4.6.1 and a regular AT&T iPhone 4 to use so that I can test the app in real world conditions. At first I was willing to pay a coder to get this created but I decided to learn myself since every coder I talked to gave up. I wanted to create a kickstarter but Kickstarter cannot be used to fund e-commerce, business, and social networking websites or apps.
