What do you mean by a Prepaid load? Are you referring to a Prepaid card, like a MasterCard or VISA card that you can buy in a store and load with money? If so, no, Apple does not accept these as payment methods. Valid payment methods are Apple gift cards and gift certificates for the country in which you live and banks cards issued by a bank in the country where you live with a billing address in that country.
