iTunes not displaying track titles from homemade CDs

I have about 100 CDs that are mixes other people created and of music not generally available in iTunes (reggae DJ recordings). The track titles and album title has been entered manually. In previous versions of iTunes, the track titles would display and the CD would rip with all information and no problems. My computer and backup systems all crashed and failed so I'm in the process of ripping those CDs all over again. However, in this new version of iTunes, it does not list the track titles, leaving me only with "Track 1, Track 2," etc. even though I know they are there. I have already disabled the option for song titles to be retrieved from the Internet. I thought if I did that, it would default to use the information that I know is already on the CD. Can anyone help me with this? I am using a PC.
