Can I use Apples usb superdrive to install windows 7 in a parallels virtual machine on a new imac 27? The computer has no internal optical drive.

To install Windows on a Mac without an internal disc drive, you can use the external optical drive you want. If you are going to use the optical drive only to install Windows, I recommend you to get a cheaper external optical drive
