My Calendar on my iPad starts with Monday when viewed as a MONTH. How can I make it start with Sunday?

Try going to icloud.com on your computer, open Calendar, click on the gear shaped icon on the top right and choose Preferences, then on the General tab make sure Start Week On is set to Sunday.
My computer is fine. When looking at my Mac the first day is Sunday. My iPhone also starts with Sunday. It is only on my iPad that it starts with Monday.
Just a guess, but you might try checking Settings>General>Internation>Region Format to be sure it's set the same on your iPad as on your iPhone.
THAT DID IT! I had the iPad set for Bermuda. I changed it to United States and the first day is now Sunday. Many thanks.
