I can't turn my screen
I cannot turn my iPads screen when watching a video or anything. I don't have the lock on either
iPad, iOS 6.1.3

If you are absolutely sure that the screen is not locked, reboot your iPad and see if that helps.
Reboot the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider if it appears on the screen - let go of the buttons. Let the iPad start up.
