iPod Touch 5G Camera?

Ok, I don't know if it's only me or it's suppose to be like that but the camera is like fuzzy like you see all these little dots that are red and blue (pixels?) I mostly see it on the front facing camera. The back one, I can see it too. Is this normal? I thought the camera was suppose to be really good. My sister's Android phone with a 3.2 megapixel back camera doesn't have this pixel, fuzzy like thing...:/
