have lost passbook app,how do i get app back onto ph, no back up on itunes

The Passbook app is included with iOS 6. None of the included apps can be deleted, and none of the included apps are available in the App Store for that reason.
It will be htere somewhere. Check on another screen or in a folder. IF you can't find it then go to settings/general/reset and then reset home screen layout

You are responding to someone who posted 3 years ago. Passport doesn't exist in the latest update to iOS, it is now called Wallet. Do you have that?
