Hi I have a problem with my Ipad the main screen is lock and also has a massege the said theirs not enough storage to back up and would not let me unlocked it and is charged 100% can you please help me with this matter....

Hold down the sleep/power and the home buttons at the same time until the Apple logo shows up. This will reboot the iPad.
No data will be lost.
