Long story short: I am running Windows 7 via bootcamp on my latest gen (2012) Mac mini. I'd like to use my 2012 iMac as a Thunderbolt Display for the Mac mini running windows 7 boot camp. The typical CMD + F2. Any thoughts on how to accomplish this?

iMac (27-inch, Late 2012), OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2), 3.4GHz Intel Core i7, 16GB RAM

Unfortunately, it appears that the ideal configuration won't work: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5219

"24. Can I use Target Display Mode or Target Disk Mode with Boot Camp and Windows 7 or 8 using a Thunderbolt-capable iMac?

No. Target Display Mode and Target Disk mode are not supported using Boot Camp and Windows 7 on a Thunderbolt-capable iMac."

Anyone have any alternative ideas to accomplish using the existing thunderbolt imac/mini as as display device while the mini is in Win7 bootcamp?
