I have an Ipad and I only have an Acer laptop, since I don't have a Mac Laptop, will it connect?

Yes, you can install iTune on your Acer laptop and connect your iPad to it.
I already tried it once and my Ipad messed up. All of the downloaded apps got corrupted.
