The lightning charger for my iPod 5 is not working, I took it to my local apple reseller to see if it could be replaced (as it's still in warranty), they said it couldn't be replaced as it had been bent and that wasnt covered by warranty. Is this true? thanks

If an item has been abused that voids the warranty. It sounds like the cable has been abused by excessive bending.. If you think it was only normal bending take it up with a manager at the place you went to before.

my charger cable ripped ,
is that included in the warranty?
i have care plan till December 2015
if the answer is yes , do i need to send the charger to us or is the warranty valid in israel as well?
