Q: Reapply to become a content provider.

I sent in an application for my school district to become an iTunes U content provider. Apple isn't satisfied with the names I listed for supervision. I need to re-apply, but when I go back to my application, I can't get back in or start over. How do I reapply?

    I'm having the same issues after being told our Local Education Authority is not acceptable too! Each time I log in, I'm taken to the same page and can't start again. I've had a number of replies which suggest emptying the cache and deleting cookies, but that doesn't seem to work either!
