I am looking to update my iPod touch from 4.1 to iOS 6. I know I cannot do it wirelessly, but I'm having trouble doing it throuh iTunes. iTunes says it cannot connect to the server to check for updates. What do people recommend for me to do?
iPod touch, iOS 4.1
iTouch 2g can go to iOS 4.2
iTouch 3g can go to iOS 5.1.1
iTouch 4g & 5g go to iOS 6.1.3
Update from iTunes: Plug your iDevice in. Back-up your iDevice before updating. After back up is done, click on update. IT will update your iTouch to a certain update depends on what iTouch you have.
