After update to 6.1.3, I cannot change the sound for incoming email anymore
I can change all the other sounds... Awkward.

Where are you trying to change the sound? For me, I can easily change the sounds in the Notifications section of Settings. I enter the Notifications for E-mail, and can set the sound for each account separately if I really want.
