How do I change store location in apps store

Usually when you log in with an account used in a different country, it asks if you would like to switch to a different store. Or you can go into account settings and see if you can do it from there.

in iTunes on the computer, on the right there's some quicklinks, one of which is 'account'. log in there and change the country, including address.
