Apple support won't help because the computer isn't covered anymore. The trackpad doesn't have a serial number, so I have to use the computer's number. Before I return it, thought I'd ask for help here.

 

Single click works fine, but nothing else. Right click, two, three and four finger options don't work. The screen they showed me under preferences at the Apple store which has a very nice tutorial on it, doesn't show up under preferences on my computer.

 

Is there a way to set it up or should I take it back? Anyone?
